Lench’s Trust

Malcolm and Charles have worked with Lench’s Trust for many years. Projects for the Trust have included: a new 98 apartment extra care facility, refurbishment and extension of sheltered housing accommodation, and feasibility exercises looking at developments of circa 100 units of sheltered housing.
